Eastern white pine is the tall soft-needled pine of eastern North America. Its needle oil is resinous and green, heavier and more forest-like than the firs, and it is the conifer most people actually picture when they think of pine.

Pine appears in the Juniper and Pine Recovery Bath Soak, providing the softer, resinous half of that pairing.
Traditional use
Northern conifers have long been used in bathing and steam preparations, and pine is the most traditional of them for a soak.
