Herbal oils and salves for sensitive, reactive skin

If your skin flares at fragrance, the shortest ingredient list wins. Every product on this page is a single infused oil or a five-ingredient salve, with no synthetic preservatives, no fragrance oils and no colourants. Three can be made fragrance-free on request.

Nurtur Health does not diagnose or treat skin conditions — that is a conversation for your physician. What we make is barrier care: plain, plant-infused oils and beeswax salves for the dry, tight, easily-irritated skin that reacts to most things on a shelf.

What to avoid, honestly

If your skin is reactive, skip the Evergreen Chest Rub, the Aftershave & Cologne, and anything in the roll-on range — they carry the highest essential-oil load in the catalogue. Tea tree and lavender are common sensitisers even at cosmetic dilution. We would rather lose the sale than have you flare.

How to patch-test properly

A pea-sized amount on the inner forearm, twice a day for five days, on the same spot. Reactive skin often responds on day three or four rather than immediately — which is why a single application tells you very little.
